Staying at Baccagnano means sleeping just steps away from where our wines are made. Our cellar, our vineyards, our bottles—they’re all here, waiting to be discovered.

Book a Tasting

We offer guided tastings of our natural wines for guests and visitors. Tastings take place in our common room—a desecrated church with original frescoes still visible on the walls. Browse our vinyl collection and pick a record for the hi-fi while we pour. It’s an atmosphere that invites slow conversation.

We’ll walk you through our range, explain our winemaking philosophy, and share stories of the vineyard and cellar. Tastings can be arranged by contacting us in advance.

Cellar Visit

Want to go deeper? We’re happy to show you our underground cellar—built in 2019 like a “hobbit cave,” it stays cool year-round. See the concrete tanks, the oak barrels, and the Georgian amphorae where our Albana slowly transforms.

Vineyard Walk

Join us for a walk through the vines. We’ll show you the Sangiovese clones typical of Brisighella, explain our approach to biodiversity, and point out the wild herbs that became our Vermouth.

Private Tastings

For a more in-depth experience, we can arrange private guided tastings with food pairings. Perfect for wine lovers or special occasions.
